Over the last 10 years in my career as an computer / IT specialist, I have put alot of focus into automation, asset management and cost controls. As part of this path, I fell into the role of managing an Altiris server. I found the tools that were part of the Altiris Client Management Suite Level 1 to be very powerful. From deployment of computers and servers, to inventory and software delivery, the tools allow great controls over the IT infrastructure.

Bill has been an IT consultant for 8 years, and currently specializes in designing and implementing Altiris solutions for medium to enterprise sized businesses. He is an Altiris Certified Professional with certificates in Notification Server and Helpdesk Solutions with Deployment Solutions on the horizon.
Bill has implemented Client Management Suite Level I, Helpdesk Solution and Recovery Solution to a variety of companies ranging in size from 50 to 8000 employees. Bill is considered a senior to expert level in general systems management, as well as asset control. His thorough experience as a helpdesk worker, desktop support technician, and server support specialist throughout his career has given Bill the skills to transfer to being an Altiris specialist.
